MECNICENTRO is a specialist centre for machining and the construction of mechanical components, with over four decades of experience in manufacturing high-precision parts. The company grew by serving internal clients within the group, building technical know-how and operational rigour that it now brings to the European market. With a modern, renewed machine park, MECNICENTRO is expanding its capacity and aims to double its turnover over the next 3 years by attracting new industrial partners in Portugal and across Europe.

Precision turning on latest-generation CNC lathes for cylindrical parts of high complexity. Capacity for tight tolerances and rigorous dimensional control.
CNC Milling
3- and 5-axis milling for complex geometry parts. Production of structural components, moulds and functional parts.
Grinding
Cylindrical and surface grinding with minimal tolerances. High-quality surface finishes for components requiring maximum precision.
Drilling
Precision drilling in CNC machining centres. Execution of deep holes, thread cutting and special operations.
Finishing
Surface finishing operations to ensure the final quality of the component: burnishing, lapping and heat treatments.
Custom Project
Technical analysis of drawings and client specifications. Development of specific machining solutions for unique parts and small series.
